Methotrexate belongs to the class of drugs called as Antimetabolites. It interferes with growth of cancer cells and eventually destroys them. It is used in the treatment of Chorioadenoma Destruens, Chorioadenoma Destruens and Hydatidiform mole.
Before taking the medicine tell your doctor if you are allergic to Methotrexate or having any other allergies.
Use of this medicine is contraindicated in these conditions - history of liver problems, pregnant women with psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis.
Methotrexate should not be taken by patients who have weakened immune system, ulcerative colitis, kidney diseases, pleural effusion or ascites.
Tell your doctor if you experience symptoms such as joint or muscle pain, reddened eyes, swollen gums, hair loss, vomiting, blurred vision or sudden loss of vision, sudden fever, severe headache, and stiff neck, seizures, confusion or memory loss, weakness, difficulty walking, loss of consciousness, impaired speech, decreased urination, hives, itching, skin rash, difficulty in breathing or swallowing.
Fludarabine injection is indicated to treat a type of leukemia. It acts effectively on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL a type of cancer of the white blood cells) in adults who have already been treated with an alkylating agent like bendamustin but did not get better.

Fludarabine injection is also sometimes used to cure non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL, cancer that starts in white blood cells which are part of body’s immune system) and mycosis fungoides (this form of cancer spreads gradually and some of the body's white blood cells become malignant).

Fludarabine is contraindicated in those are hypersensitive to this drug or its components. In addition, use of this medicine should be avoided if you taking pentostatin.
Get emergency medical attention if you experience side effects such as fever, chills, sore throat, flu symptoms, difficulty in breathing, hives, swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat, easy bruising or bleeding (nosebleeds, bleeding gums), loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, mouth sores, unusual weakness, pale or yellowed skin, dark colored urine.
Gemcitabine belongs to class of anti cancer drugs called as antineoplastics. It fights against the growth of cancer cells which eventually results in their lysis.
Gemcitabine possesses the potent anti tumor activity which is used in the treatment of various types of bladder cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer and cancer of pancreas.
Tell your doctor if you have any allergic reaction to gemcitabine, kidney disease, liver disease (especially cirrhosis), a history of alcoholism, receiving radiation treatment. In addition, discuss with your doctor about your pregnancy or planning to become pregnant.
This medicine is contraindicated if you have any hypersensitivity to this medicine, myelosuppression, renal impairment or hepatic impairment etc.
Seek medical attention if you have any of these adverse effects: nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine, difficulty in breathing clay-colored stools, jaundice, chest pain or pain radiating to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, pale skin, easy bruising or bleeding, unusual weakness, urinating less than usual or not at all.
Vincristine belongs to the group of medicines called as antineoplastic agents. It is used to cure cancer and some non - cancerous conditions as well. It prevents spread and growth of cancer cells which are eventually destroyed. It is used in the treatment of acute leukemia, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma, Hodgkin’s and non- Hodgkin's lymphoma, Wilms' tumor, multiple myeloma, thyroid cancer, chronic leukemia, brain tumors. Additionally, it is also used to treat some blood disorders.
Before starting the treatment with Vincristine, discuss with your doctor about ongoing medicines which may include over-the-counter, vitamins or herbal remedies. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy.
Vincristine Injection is contraindicated in patients who have hypersensitivity to this drug.
Visit your doctor immediately if you have side effects such as pain or redness at place of injection, black, tarry stools blood in urine or stools, cough or hoarseness, fever or chills, pinpoint red spots on skin, unusual bleeding or bruising, blurred or double vision, constipation, drooping eyelids, headache, pain in fingers and toes, stomach cramps, pain in testicles, stomach cramps, swelling of feet or lower legs.
