Fludarabine injection belongs to the category of medications called antimetabolites. It acts by inhibiting DNA synthesis and stops the growth of cancer cells.

Fludarabine injection is also sometimes used to cure non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL, cancer that starts in white blood cells which are part of body’s immune system) and mycosis fungoides (this form of cancer spreads gradually and some of the body's white blood cells become malignant).

It is a bone resorption inhibitor.

Composition :

15mg, 30mg, 60mg, 90mg

Indications :

Hypercalcaemia of malignancy, Paget's disease, Osteolytic bone metastasis of breast cancer, and Osteolytic lesions of multiple myeloma.

Contraindications :

Patients with clinically significant hypersensitivity to pamidronate or other biphosphonates.
